Micropropagation of Strawberry Crop (Fragaria ananassa): A Review

چکیده
The objective of this review paper is to summarize on the history, advantages, disadvantages in vitro micropropagation strawberry crop. Since traditional method propagation, that is, use runners as propagating material, not efficient because it leads spread viral diseases. We have go for micropropagation, crops also yield more when compared methods propagation. reviews a study done develop protocol large-scale propagation cv. ‘Sweet Charlie’ and ‘Winter Dawn’ using technique. Shoot cultures were obtained from shoot tips Murashige Skoog (MS) medium with 4% table sugar, 0.75% agar, 5 mg L-1 6-benzyladenine 0.01 kinetin. These shoots multiplied maintained MS 1 0.1 Rooting raised was successfully conducted by pulse treatment 500 indole-3-butyric acid 30 s subsequent culturing acid, g activated charcoal 6% sugar. Plants acclimatized survived field conditions.
